Giorgio’s at Baiting Hollow is a wedding venue in Baiting Hollow, on Long Island’s North Fork. We have filmed two weddings there — Nicole and Kevin in October 2021, and Sandra and Sean in May 2022 — both of them Friday weddings.
Both days ran a full eight hours, timed back from the cake cutting so the speeches, the dances, and the first dance all made the film. Sandra’s plan shows the rhythm: first look at 2 PM, family photos from 3 to 4, the ceremony at 5, and the reception from 6:30. Nicole’s package paired her highlight film with a longer edited video of the day, and her reaction to the film is on her wedding page below.
