Shadmoor State Park sits on the Montauk bluffs — clay cliffs and winding paths high above the Atlantic. It was on that bluff-top path, with the whole shoreline spread out behind them, that Scott got down on one knee and opened the ring box. Lauren said yes.
Afterwards, the two of them walked the dune paths for portraits — the ring up for the camera, the beach houses behind them, and that just-said-yes glow doing most of the work.
