Costs & Packages

How much does a wedding videographer cost on Long Island?

Wedding videography on Long Island varies with coverage and experience. At North Fork Wedding Films, the Highlight Film collection is $3,500, Highlight Film + Raw Footage is $4,000, and Gold Video is $5,000. Every film collection covers your full wedding day. Full details are in our pricing guide.

How much does a wedding photographer cost on Long Island?

Long Island wedding photography commonly ranges from about $3,000 to $7,000 or more depending on coverage and experience. Our photography collections are Solo at $5,000, Signature Solo at $5,950, and Two Photographers at $7,500. You can see finished work in our photo portfolio.

Do you offer wedding photography and videography together?

Yes. North Fork Wedding Films & Photography is one team for both wedding photography and wedding films, so your photos and film share the same light, timeline, and creative direction, with one point of contact for the whole day. One team also means your photographer and videographer are never competing for the same shot.

What is included in a wedding videography package?

Our film collections cover the full wedding day, from preparations through the reception, and include your edited highlight film. Couples can also add full edits of the ceremony and speeches, and the Highlight + Raw collection includes the raw footage from the day.

Your Film & Photos

What is a highlight film?

A highlight film is a short cinematic film of your wedding day, edited to music and built from the best moments across the whole day — preparations, ceremony, portraits, speeches, and dancing all live inside the film. It is the film couples share and rewatch most. Watch real ones on our video portfolio.

When will we receive our wedding film?

Highlight films are delivered within three to four months of the wedding. Wedding content creation is much faster: raw content arrives within 24 hours (the next business day) and edited content within one month.

How many photos will we receive from our wedding day?

A full wedding day typically produces hundreds of professionally edited photographs. Every image is edited and delivered in a private online gallery you can share with family and friends.

Can we see full wedding films before booking?

Yes. You can watch 30 complete wedding films on our video portfolio page, and every film has its own page with the couple’s story and their vendor team — start with Gabriella & Kyle at The Vineyards at Aquebogue.

Do you offer Super 8 film for weddings?

Yes. Super 8 film can be added to a wedding film package for a nostalgic, grainy look woven into your wedding film.

What is the difference between cinematic and documentary wedding videography?

Cinematic videography tells the story of the day like a short film, edited for mood and emotion. Documentary coverage records events in full, in order. We blend both: a cinematic highlight film, plus full documentary edits of your ceremony and speeches if you add them.

Wedding Content Creation

What is wedding content creation?

Wedding content creation is vertical, phone-ready video captured across your wedding day for social media. Our Platinum content creation package is all vertical and includes five edited reels, a dance edit, a portrait video, and a mini vertical highlight film — like a highlight film, but vertical.

How quickly do we receive our wedding content?

With Platinum content creation, raw content is delivered within 24 hours (the next business day), and all edited content is delivered within one month of the wedding.

Booking

How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer and videographer?

For peak-season North Fork and Hamptons dates, couples commonly book 12 to 18 months ahead. We are now booking 2027 and 2028 weddings, and popular dates go early — checking your date takes a minute.

How do we check if our date is available and book?

Send your date through the check-your-date form on this page, or text Scott at (516) 606-1783. Your date is reserved with a signed agreement and retainer.
